By accessing the Aegis Recovery portal you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements in your jurisdiction.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to access other users' data, or use the portal for unlawful purposes.
Fees
Initial case review is provided without obligation. Any subsequent fees are disclosed in writing prior to engagement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S.C.I. Recovery's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
